SYSTEM 05 · AI INTEGRATION

AI ISN’T THE ADVANTAGE.

INTEGRATION IS.

The tools are the same for everyone now. The difference is the system that puts them inside the work — where AI runs, where it doesn’t, and where judgment stays human. I build the fit — custom workflows for content, marketing, operations, research, and production, shaped around how the business actually runs. Built for the business, not rented to it.

01

THE PROBLEM

THE AI ARRIVED.

THE WORK DIDN’T CHANGE.

The subscriptions stacked up — a demo, a card, a seat. Somewhere there’s a doc of prompts that worked once. The real work still routes through you: every draft, every quote, every answer somebody could have looked up.

That’s adoption without integration — tools parked beside the work instead of built into it, so every use starts from a blank chat and someone’s memory. Nobody decided that — it’s what happens when the tools get bought and the system never gets built. The wrong setup speeds up the typing. The right one shortens the week. A model with no context invents one. What the business argues, who it's for, how it soundsif none of that is written where the tools can reach it, integration doesn't buy speed. It manufactures confusion at scale.

A prompt is not a workflow. The prompt worked in March. The workflow works this morning.

THE FIX

SIX COMPONENTS.
ZERO DRAG.

Integration means AI working inside the business — not in a tab beside it. The six components below are the parts an AI Integration Build can draw from. The Diagnostic decides which need to be built, repaired, or retained — so the system can be run by the team, not just the person who is “good with it.”

FIELD NOTE

THE METHOD CAME FIRST.
THE AI CAME LAST.

One case: the system above, built into a working kitchen — not parked beside it.

The method didn’t need AI. The handoff did.

03

THE PROCESS

FOUR PHASES.
NO MYSTERY.

No tool parade, no endless pilot. The process is structured, transparent, and built around working sessions where you watch the workflows take shape. The Diagnostic comes first. If AI Integration is the right move, the written read becomes the brief for the four phases below.

04

INVESTMENT

NOT PRICED OFF A MENU.
SCOPED BY THE DIAGNOSTIC.

Build engagements run $10K–$60K. You don’t have to figure out where AI Integration lands inside that range — that’s the Diagnostic’s job. The exact number is fixed, in writing, before you sign.

Your written scope names which system components are included. Working sessions, handoff, and the 30 / 60 / 90-day rollout plan are standard in every Build.

Builds start at $10K — under two months of a $65K–$100K marketing hire.

THE FIRST STEP

Every Build starts with a Diagnostic, and it decides whether AI Integration is the move at all. If it isn’t, you stop there. The entire Diagnostic fee is credited toward a Build or Direction engagement started within 90 days of the Diagnostic call.

Build is the engagement above. Direction is ongoing senior judgment — from $4,500/mo, month-to-month.

05

IS THIS FOR YOU

THE HONEST FIT CHECK.

I say no to the wrong projects so the right ones get done. Here’s the truth about who this is and isn’t built for.

THE CLOSER

THE AI DIDN’T CHANGE
THE WORK.

INTEGRATION DOES.

Today, that judgment is spent on work a system could carry.
The Diagnostic is where the integration starts.
