SYSTEM 03 · MARKETING SYSTEMS

ONCE IS A CAMPAIGN.
EVERY WEEK

IS A BRAND.

A campaign shows up once. A marketing system keeps showing up — the next send, the next channel, the next follow-up, on schedule, in season and out. I build that: campaign architecture, publishing workflow, channel map, lead paths, follow-up logic, and the scoreboard that shows what worked. The part of the brand that has to behave.

01

THE PROBLEM

THE MARKETING WORKS.

THEN IT DOESN’T.

It happens in bursts. A holiday push, a launch, a slow month that scares up three posts and an email. Then you get busy and the channel goes quiet. It didn’t stop working — it stopped happening. Every burst starts from zero.

That’s marketing by adrenaline. The effort is real. The structure isn’t. A system is a schedule with logic behind it — what goes out, where, when, and what happens when someone answers. It doesn’t ask for more effort. It gives the effort somewhere to live. A brand that keeps reintroducing itself stays a stranger.

The market can’t tell improvisation from inconsistency. It only knows the last time it heard from you.

02

THE FIX

SIX COMPONENTS.
ONE SCHEDULE.

Marketing Systems turns recurring marketing decisions into an operating structure: campaign architecture, publishing workflow, channel planning, lead paths, follow-up logic, and performance review. The Diagnostic decides which parts need to be built, repaired, or retained. What ships is designed around the people actually running the business, so marketing can keep moving without starting from zero every time something needs to go out.

02.5

FIELD NOTE

LAUNCHED. FOLLOWED UP.
REPEATED.

Rubys Fine Jewelry is where the Marketing Systems work had to become operational. Search, seasonal campaigns, social, landing pages, customer follow-up, and the store counter had to work as one repeatable system instead of separate bursts of activity.

The Field Note below documents the campaign architecture, publishing workflow, channel map, lead paths, follow-up logic, and performance review behind that system — using original campaign assets, preserved landing pages, 2021 Google Ads records, and founder operating notes.

03

THE PROCESS

FOUR PHASES.
NO MYSTERY.

No content-calendar theater, no thirty-day blitz. The process is structured, transparent, and built around working sessions where you watch the system take shape. The Diagnostic comes first. If Marketing Systems is the right move, the written read becomes the brief for the four phases below.

04

INVESTMENT

NOT PRICED OFF A MENU.
SCOPED BY THE DIAGNOSTIC.

Build engagements run $10K–$60K. You don’t have to figure out where Marketing Systems lands inside that range — that’s the Diagnostic’s job. The exact number is fixed, in writing, before you sign.

Your written scope names which system components are included. Working sessions, handoff, and the 30 / 60 / 90-day rollout plan are standard in every Build.

Builds start at $10K — under two months of a $65K–$100K marketing hire.

THE FIRST STEP

Every Build starts with a Diagnostic, and it decides whether Marketing Systems is the move at all. If it isn’t, you stop there. The entire Diagnostic fee is credited toward a Build or Direction engagement started within 90 days of the Diagnostic call.

Build is the engagement above. Direction is ongoing senior judgment — from $4,500/mo, month-to-month.

05

IS THIS FOR YOU

THE HONEST FIT CHECK.

I say no to the wrong projects so the right ones get done. Here’s the truth about who this is and isn’t built for.

THE CLOSER

THE MARKET BELIEVES
WHAT YOU REPEAT.

Right now, that depends on your energy in any given week.

The Diagnostic is where the follow-through starts.
